No returns on Used or installed products. No returns after 30 days, after 30 days we can help you with warranty information if needed.  No returns on Electrical Items. No returns on Pool Cleaners or products that have been installed. All returns must have a RMA prior to returning. All used or opened returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. Returned products must include all manuals and warranty cards. All chemical purchases are final no returns.  Sorry but we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the lower 48 states.

All products come with a manufactures warranty. Fountainhead does not express or imply any warranty. If you purchased a product in our store we can usually take care of the warranty process for you without any shipping fees.  If you feel you have a warranty issue please contact the manufacture direct. SHIPPING
We do not ship to PO boxes or APOs.  Please inspect all packages for damage upon arrival. If you sign item not damaged there will be little we can do later if the package was damaged.
